Kittim Consulting - Micah R. Kee

Micah R. Kee

Managing Principal

    Operational Solutions

Micah R. Kee leads Operational Solutions. In this capacity, he supports key clients, including Procter & Gamble and small- and mid-cap companies, to solve operational issues related to new sites, acquisitions, capital initiatives, and ongoing operations. A thought leader and outstanding communicator, he has delivered more than $100 million in cost avoidance, cost savings, productivity, and efficiency improvements for clients.

Before joining Kittim Consulting, Micah was Founder and President of Caplan Group. As a Procter & Gamble manager, he worked in both Brand Management and Product Supply developing new consumer insights and implementation plans for domestic and global initiatives. These projects ranged in size from several million dollars to more than $1 billion.

Micah’s articles have been published in American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS) and other respected journals. His writing on Organizational Development has also been widely reprinted and incorporated into college curricula. Micah is a Summa Cum Laude graduate in industrial engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology. He is an active member of the Institute of Industrial Engineers.

Kittim Consulting - Kathleen King

Kathleen King

Managing Principal

    Project Management and Change Management Solutions

Kathleen King leads Project Management and Change Management solutions. In this capacity, she develops the strategies that help manufacturers and distributors align complex business initiatives with strategic business objectives. Her expertise includes designing and implementing program management offices and enterprise program management tools, as well as integrating dashboards.

Kathleen has a breadth of experience identifying solutions for numerous manufacturers and supply-chain partners, including made to stock; made to order; and wholesale distributors for both liquids and durable goods. In addition to Project Management and Change Management, Kathleen has identified and led implementation of the IT systems and decision-support tools manufacturers and distributors use to align operational performance with business goals.

Kathleen holds multiple industry certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Project Manager (CPM). She is also a certified mediator in the State of Georgia and often is asked to resolve team conflict and turn around troubled projects. She is an active member of the Project Management Institute (PMI).

Kittim Consulting - Kevin Jackam

Kevin Jackam

Managing Principal

    ERP, IT, and Offshore/Nearshore Solutions

Kevin S. Jackam leads ERP, IT, and Offshore/Nearshore Solutions. He supports key clients, including Walmart, Michelin Group, First Data, and Xerox. Coming from a business operations background prior to IT, he is an evangelist about using decision-support tools to compare actual performance to strategic objectives through balanced score cards and dashboards.

Before joining Kittim Consulting, Kevin held global positions with Chemtura, Great Lakes Chemical Corporation, Ockham Technologies, and ISP Alliance. These roles included enterprise-wide application development, program management, PMO adoption, business analysis, technical architecture, data security, and technology integration.

Kevin is a decorated veteran of the United States Army. He earned a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Management of Technology with high honors from Georgia Institute of Technology. He holds multiple industry certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Project Manager (CPM). He is an active member of the Project Management Institute (PMI).
